Since 1990, Daniel Kennedy has judged entries from dozens of countries in the MerComm "Galaxy" and "Astrid" awards competitions for public relations, advertising, annual reports, websites and marketing communications.
Previously, Kennedy served for ten years as Juror in the News & Public Affairs categories for the Emmy awards of the National Academy of Arts & Sciences. (1990-2020)

While working for JC Penney Company, Kennedy received Silver and Bronze Medals from the International Film & TV Festival of New York in 1980, 1983 and 1985 for writing and producing corporate video programs.
